How long are your contracts?
We don’t have contracts, (or set up fees). We stand behind our service and strive for satisfied clients. Our website service plans are paid monthly or annually. We make it simple to start and stop your service at any time.
What do I need to supply?
You’ll need a domain name. We’ll need your logo, any images you want to integrated, a site map, and a conversation on your wants & vision for your new website.
Where can I purchase a domain name?
We recommend Namesilo for domain name purchasing. If you already own a domain name, we can utilize domains registered anywhere.
How do I start?
How long does it take to get my website?
It takes about one business week to return a beta version of the new website. From there we enter the revision phase which generally takes another week. We view the websites we create as ongoing works of art that evolve over time.
What about email accounts?
We recommend Google Gmail for Business email accounts via Google Workspace. This also includes Google Calendar, Docs, Drive, and more. Learn more here. We can assist with the set up.
Do I need another web host?
Hosting is included with our full service plans, this ensures your website remains safe, secure, updated and available at all times.
